The primary western boundary road is South Pleasantburg with Greenville Technical College, a Publix Super Market, and The Fresh Market all under two miles away. Also on South Pleasantburg in the same area are the Pita House, Myles Pizza Pub, and Grateful Brew.
Across the street from 127 Shallowford is an entrance to the 21-acre Gower Estates park, with a one-mile paved walking path, playgrounds (with a two-level jungle gym!), picnic shelters, lighted baseball fields, and basketball and tennis/pickleball courts. The park has recently received a major renovation and provides loads of shade in the summer.Two more excellent and unique parks are two miles away, Runway Park at GMU Airport and Legacy Park, filled with greenspace, playgrounds, and a walking path.
Yard care is provided; the house has gas heat and central air. Pets are allowed with a $50/month fee.
