Virginia Condominiums

The Virginia Condominiums is set within the largest historic district in the city of Greenville, the Pettigru Historic District, which features an abundance of turn-of-the-century homes and other structures. Just a stone’s throw from the Virginia Condominiums is the historic Poinsett Club, set within the old Lewis Parker home which was built in 1904. The Poinsett Club is a designated Five-Star Platinum Club of America as well as a Platinum Club of the World. The Club is private and offers a resident membership to those in Greenville County and the surrounding area.

Less than half a mile’s walk from the Virginia Condos along McBee Avenue are a Publix grocery store, and the Greektown Grille and Chef 21 restaurants. Less than a mile south down McDaniel Avenue are all the delights of Cleveland Park, featuring more than a hundred acres that includes tennis courts, a fitness trail, numerous picnic shelters, and the Fernwood Nature Trail.
