For more than fifty years, our family has enjoyed providing privately owned, pristinely maintained Greenville homes for rent to our tenants. Every single home is privately owned by SouthLand Properties, and we take pride in our personal, responsive management and service. Because our tenants are so loyal and lasting, our vacancies are a bit rarer than others. If you or a relative or friend are moving to Greenville and interested in renting a condominium or duplex from a locally owned, responsive Greenville business, we hope you’ll sign up for our vacancy updates for early notice of future rental openings.

The units are the perfect fit for neighborhood living right by downtown! Literally a 2 minute walk to swamp rabbit. Christine was always responsive if I ever need anything, and also scheduled any maintenance asap. Never had any issue and she was always so accommodating to me! I moved because of work, but I loved southland and university ridge! Can’t recommend enough. Great experience as a renter 10/10!”
“Very responsive management and good maintenance. They have really put a lot of effort into the landscaping over the past few years and it shows!”
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my 20+ years at Riverbend and my association with Nancy Baldwin. She has always been very attentive when a problem occurs. I couldn’t ask for a better landlord!!”
“Easily the best experience I've ever had renting an apartment. My landlord was so on it and so attentive at all hours of the day & evening. Always got back to me so promptly. Awesome apartment, incredible location, great landlord. Loved living here. Christine has her ducks in a row and makes you feel like you're important.”
“We rented with Southland Properties for a year, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! They were easy to work with, and our maintenance requests were always met promptly. I would gladly rent from them again.”
